Reservation & Cancellation Policy

• All confirmations are subject to receipt of cheque / bank deposit / credit card authorization form / wire transfer / travel company voucher.
• The above must be received at least 15 days prior to check-in. For bookings made less than 15 days prior to arrival, the above must be received within 3 working days of making the reservation or else the reservation will be released automatically.
• In case of a credit card authorization, the card will only be charged in the event of a cancellation charge, if any.
• In case of a wire transfer, the refund will be processed after deduction of the cancellation charges if any.
• No charges will be deducted for Cancellation made more than 10 days before arrival.
  Following Cancellation Charges are applicable :
• 10 days before arrival Charge – 50% of full amount
• 3 days before arrival Charge – 100% of full amount
• No show & early check out Charge – 100% of full amount
• Once the cancellation is accepted the refund amount will be credited to within (07 to 12 Days ) to the original source of payment method
  One night retention will be charged if any amendment is made less than 10 days prior to arrival.
